Robert Margeton is a Principal and Qualifying Broker at Ryco Advisors and has over 18 years of experience working in the financial services industry and running his own business. He is certified as a Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary through M&A Source.
Prior to co-founding Ryco Advisors, Mr. Margeton served as a Managing Director at Capstone Advisory Group, a New York middle market restructuring and financial advisory consulting firm. During his tenure there, he advised clients on over 50 transactions across a diverse set of industries. His transaction experience included marketing and selling businesses, business plan evaluation, strategic business planning, term sheet negotiations, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, cash management and forecasting, and cost reduction.
Mr. Margeton also has extensive experience running and managing his own business. Together with Lindsay Margeton, he acquired the flagship Fleet Clean location in 2013 and oversaw a successful sales process in 2018. During their tenure at Fleet Clean, the company’s revenues and EBITDA grew by over 75% and 95%, respectively. They managed over 30 employees and serviced more than 150 clients throughout Metro Atlanta, including many Fortune 500 companies.
Lindsay Margeton is a Principal at Ryco Advisors has over 15 years of experience as a private equity investor, business intermediary and small business owner.
Prior to co-founding Ryco Advisors, Ms. Margeton was a Vice President on the investment team at Stone Point Capital, a leading private equity firm with over $5 billion under management. Her responsibilities included new investment sourcing and transaction evaluation/execution. She also advised and assisted portfolio company senior management teams on strategic add-on acquisitions, sale/divesture transactions, capital markets transactions and other business development initiatives.
Ms. Margeton also has experience as an analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. During her tenure there, she provided financial advisory services to companies across a variety of financial services industries and advised on numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and debt/equity financing.
Ms. Margeton also has extensive experience running and managing her own business.
