Headquartered in Byron Georgia, with an additional location in Eatonton supporting the Lake Oconee area, Pro Tech Services is a local provider of HVAC and plumbing services, serving both residential and light commercial customers in Middle Georgia.

Ryco Advisors, LLC (“Ryco Advisors”) is pleased to announce the sale of Chesnut Bay RV Resort and Campground, Chesnut Bay Resort, and Pirate’s Bay Waterpark (collectively, “Chesnut Bay”) to The Jenkins Organization, Inc. (“TJO”).  Ryco Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Chesnut Bay.

Chesnut Bay is an expansive RV resort, campground and waterpark located on in Cherokee County, Alabama.  The resort includes a variety of family friendly activities and amenities, all situated on beautiful Weiss Lake.

TJO is a Houston-based real estate investment and development firm specializing in the RV resort and self storage industries. The firm currently has an ownership portfolio of over 30 properties, with a market value in excess of $500 million.
